1. About These Terms
Welcome to Beauty and hair so lovely! These Terms & Conditions explain how my mobile beauty and hair services work, what you can expect from me, and what I need from you.
By booking an appointment with me, you're agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Booking & Appointments
All bookings are subject to my review and confirmation. Your appointment isn't confirmed until you've received confirmation from me directly.
As I offer a mobile service, I'll travel to your location in and around Leicester. Please ensure you provide a correct address and contact number when booking.
I'll do my best to arrive on time, but please allow a small window for travel delays due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover my lost time and travel costs.
I understand that emergencies happen. If something urgent comes up, please contact me as soon as possible and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
4. No-Shows
If you don't show up for your appointment without letting me know, or if I'm unable to gain access to your location at the agreed time, this will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows may result in a charge for the full cost of the appointment and may affect your ability to book future appointments with me.
As a mobile therapist, I've already invested time and travel costs in getting to you, so please be respectful of my time.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
I accept the following payment methods: cash, card, and bank transfer.
Please ensure you have your preferred payment method available at the time of the appointment. If paying by bank transfer, payment should be made immediately after the service.
6. Consultation Forms
Some of my services require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps me understand your needs and ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Please answer all questions honestly and let me know about any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.
Certain services may also require a patch test to be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is required, I'll let you know when you book.
7. Mobile Service Requirements
As I provide a mobile service, I'll need a suitable space to carry out your treatment. Please ensure you have a clean, well-lit area with access to a power socket if needed.
For hair services, I may need access to a sink or basin. Please let me know in advance if this isn't available so we can discuss alternatives.
8. Your Responsibilities
Please arrive at your appointment (or be ready at your location) on time. If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Please inform me of any changes to your health, allergies, or circumstances since your last appointment or since completing your consultation form.
If you're feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment to protect both of us.
9. Service Standards
I take pride in delivering high-quality nail and hair services and will always do my best to meet your expectations.
If you have any concerns during your appointment, please let me know straight away so I can address them.
Results may vary depending on individual factors such as hair type, nail condition, and lifestyle. I'll always give you honest advice about what's achievable.
10. Complaints
Your satisfaction matters to me. If you're not happy with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours so we can discuss your concerns.
I'll do my best to resolve any issues fairly and professionally. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer to redo part of the treatment or provide a partial refund.
Please note that I cannot offer refunds for a change of mind or for results that were explained and agreed upon before the service.
11. Health & Safety
I follow strict hygiene practices and use sanitised tools and equipment for every client.
I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it would be unsafe for you or me to continue. This includes, but is not limited to, signs of infection, allergic reactions, or unsuitable conditions at the location.
12. Privacy & Your Data
I take your privacy seriously and handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Any information you provide, including contact details and consultation forms, will only be used to deliver my services and communicate with you about your appointments.
I won't share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be provided at the time of booking.
